We were looking to buy our first house and getting a mortgage was the most daunting part. SG Mortgages made everything clear and took us through the process step by step.
As first time home owners and doing this for the first time, we are very happy we chose SG, very friendly, helpful and made everything easy to understand.
I have dealt with Sonny for previous mortgages and have always found his advice to be outstanding. His knowledge of the market is second to non and keeps me updated all the way through the process. Unlike other advisors I have met in the past (mainly estate agency based) he approaches everything with the customer in mind…… Not just out to make a quick buck. Needed to remortgage and tie in some home improvements. Process was really easy, all relevant information explained and options offered to suit our needs. Took stress out of all paperwork and comparisons with different lenders

My wife and I ‘were’ first time buyers and the process of buying a house was supposed to be tedious and long winded but SGMortgages made the whole experience simple and easy for us.

The thought of researching endlessly for the right mortgage filled me with absolute dread and it was the last thing I wanted to do every night after being at work all day. Sonny from SG Mortgages took that stress away. Home appointments at a time to suit me – day and night, knowledgable about the market, answered every question I had. All correspondence from the broker was dealt with by Sonny and all I had to do was sign on the bottom line!
